I’M XAVIER.
MY PURPOSE AND GREAT PASSION IS TO PORTRAY THE GENUINE CONNECTION BETWEEN PEOPLE AND THE LOVE THAT UNITES THEM.
When my parents gave me my first camera, I had no idea what photography would mean in my life. At that time, the pictures I took were limited to family portraits and records of some special occasions and outings we went on. Nothing that anyone can't do today with a cell phone.
But photography is not just images.
And, if you are here, it is because photography also represents something else for you.
When, years later, I started dating my wife, I rescued my interest in photographing our walks. And so it went until 2018, the year we got married.
That's when, while researching photographers for what would be, until then, the most special day of my life as a couple with Ana, I was awakening to what truly attracted me to photography. I became totally addicted to consuming the work of many wedding photographers, domestic and foreign, and finally realized what I had missed before.
My purpose and great passion in photography is to record the genuine connection between people and the love that unites them. It is to tell their stories through the simplicity of my photography.
Boyfriends, husband and wife, parents and children, grandparents and grandchildren, siblings, friends... We all have a story to tell. And images are the perfect canvas.
I am inspired by my daily life with my wife and children, by travels, by socializing with friends, and by movies to record in my photographs the emotions that you are experiencing and that you want to keep forever.
From the moment I discovered what moves me, I rolled up my sleeves and invested all my free time in much study and constant photographic practice as a way to perfect my art.
Now, I am here to tell your story, the story of your love, and the story of your family. With simple and honest photos, without poses or forced smiles.
